The location was convenient to the Campo Fiori area and the apartment is large and has air conditioning. Close to Pierluigi.
There was mold in the home and the sofas were dirty. I alerted the agent and didn't hear back about taking care of the mold during the entire stay. We asked for additional sheets to place over the soiled sofas so we could sit on them. In the evenings, it's very loud from the bar downstairs. The host was not helpful - they didn't provide any information about the area. There is no instruction about where to take the trash. They did not believe that we only had 7 guests and asked us to take a photo of our group as proof. The elevator was extremely small- could only fit 2 people inside, no luggage nor anything else. They charged us an additional cleaning fee at check in (not check-out), after we already paid booking.com an upfront cleaning fee. We're trying to dispute this additional charge. We asked for extra water glasses, as there were only 3, and they didn't believe us. I had to ask several times and it wasn't until I showed them pictures of the mold in the unit that they brought extra glasses. One of the showers flooded because it was clogged. There is a charge for more towels. However, when the shower flooded, we had to use our towels to clean it up, and I took pictures of the soaking wet towels and wet floor to show them, so they brought more towel at no charge. We will stay at another place next time- I would have enjoyed the trip more if the management company was more service oriented. Some of the other apartments had managers that were very responsive, offering suggestions for everything. Sadly, this apartment was lacking. The response time before we arrived was slow. I had to argue with them in the very beginning of the trip, and this soured the rest of the trip.
