La struttura è prima di tutto green ed è comoda: nella stanza che è molto accogliente c'è tutto il confort , infatti gli spazi sono ben organizzati, con arredamento moderno e una doccia spaziosa. Buona la presenza di uno spazio comune dove mangiare e un parcheggino davanti alla casa.

È un posto accogliente e molto tranquillo a due passi da Mollia. È anche dotato di una sauna il cui accesso è possibile a ogni ora.
La strada per arrivarci è un po’ tortuosa ma ne vale la pena.

Struttura con ristrutturazione relativamente recente, in un bellissimo posto, proprietario gentile e disponibile
Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare (stanza con polvere, frigorifero molto sporco e condizioni dello spazio comune anche questo abbastanza sporco). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato mezzo rotolo di carta igienica e degli asciugamani che puzzavano di umido. Il problema è stato parzialmente risolto prendendo da un'altra stanza su indicazione del proprietario, ma in generale sembrava che la stanza fosse stata preparata in modo un po' troppo superficiale o forse molto tempo prima del nostro arrivo
