ur second visit, and it was every bit as special as the first. We travelled all the way from Australia to return, which says everything about how much we love this place. The hosts are warm, welcoming and truly exceptional. The house is beautiful, stylish and modern, set amongst stunning surroundings that are perfect for peaceful walks and complete relaxation. The pool is gorgeous, the wellness retreat area is fantastic, and the breakfast is always wonderful. This remains our favourite Airbnb of all time. A truly special place that feels like a home away from home, and one we will keep coming back to whenever we can. ❤️🏡🌿☀️🏊‍♀️🥐✨

Entrando dal cancello si percorre un viale alberato da film holliwoodiano alla fine del quale troviamo una villa dal gusto moderno piena di vetrate. Giardino moltp curato, pieno di alberi ad alto fusto, fiori, gazebo con le rose e dove e' presente anche un pavone. La casa e' arredata con gusto minimal chic con elementi di design e opere d'arte moderna astratta. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nel loft sottotetto. Bellissima camera e ampio bagno con vasca e doccia oltre a postazione per truccarsi. Presente aria condizionata. Ampia zona di parcheggio. Presente spa con piscina, bagno turco e sauna con ampio orario di utilizzo. Location molto comoda per raggiungere Bologna. La proprietaria molto cortese e spiritosa.

I dettagli sono molto curati per cui non ci sono cose che non ci sono piaciute. Forse avrei voluto trovare nella colazione piu' prodottti tipici del territorio.

Totally perfect. It is set in huge grounds, the rooms are very stylish. Everything is very high spec and the welcome is really friendly. The home baking for breakfast was delicious. It is in beautiful countryside, but just 8 minutes drive to easy parking at San Lazzaro station, and then just 8 minutes in the train to Bologna centre. Fabulous.
