Wonderful!

We stayed one night and the room was so comfortable, we had a great nights sleep! Everything was also very clean and we had everything that we could need. The interior is also very beautiful! It’s also not too far from Bologna which was perfect for us. Plenty of parking too. Would recommend

The people were great and the room was super clean! It’s a good choice for staying outside the city center but not far from that.

Perfect, quiet, clean, comfortable!

Perfectly located for those who want to drive into Bologna, roughly 15 mins away. It is situated on the edge of an industrial estate (very quiet) accessed through a broad avenue. The industrial estate was probably previously farmland. Unassuming on the outside, once you walk through the front door you’re impressed by classical decor and exceptionally knowledgeable and welcoming owner, who has a booklet with all the links for car parks/taxis/ restaurants in and around Bologna ready for each guest . Lovely breakfast and breakfast area!

Nothing. However, access to the bedroom is through a staircase, so it is not for someone who cannot negotiate a comfortable flight of steps.

zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Een mooi pand, zeer ruim van opzet, met goed ingerichte en comfortabele kamers. De eigenaars zijn zeer behulpzaam en attent. Met een volgeladen auto is het heel fijn om een parkeerplaats op privé terrein te hebben. Wij verbleven er eind november en was het te koud, maar met mooi weer biedt de locatie goede gelegenheid om buiten te zitten. Op de kamer ligt een map met informatie met o.a. een selectie van restaurants in de omgeving. We hebben met veel plezier in twee leuke gelegenheden gegeten. Met de auto is de binnenstad goed te bereiken, zeker als je niet in spitstijden er op uit gaat.

Er viel niets tegen. Via een doodlopende smalle weg bereik je de grote kavel van het goed gerestaureerde pand, gelegen temidden van een groot bedrijventerrein. s'Nachts was er volledige rust in het gebied. Overdag trokken we erop uit dus geen idee hoe het dan met geluid van omliggende bedrijven is, maar door de doodlopende weg is er in ieder geval geen verkeer in de directe omgeving.

Ben oltre le aspettative

Posto appena fuori Bologna, in zona estremamente tranquilla. E' una dimora del 700, ristrutturata con gusto mantenendo le caratteristiche originarie. Il giardino (più parco che giardino) è molto ben curato con ampio parcheggio a disposizione. La camera ampia così come il bagno e gli ambienti pulitissimi. Colazione è eccellente, sia come varietà che come qualità. Molti prodotti Bio ed un attenzione al particolare difficilmente riscontrabile in hotel più "strutturati". Filippo è un eccellente padrone di casa, gentile e cortese, merce rara.

Necessita avere l'auto, spostarsi con i mezzi è praticamente impossibile. Chiaramente non è colpa della struttura.

Emplacement un peu à l'écart du centre dans une zone industrielle mais ce n'est pas un souci, c'est même pratique pour aller voir d'autres villes. Petit déjeuner vraiment très bien, en quantité et qualité. Hôtes sympathiques, de bon conseil et qui vous aident avec plaisir.

Locanda carina e ben ristrutturata. Mantiene un carattere d‘epoca con i comfort moderni. Ben pulito e personale gentile e disponibile. Hanno anche una lista di ristoranti consigliati.

C’è un piccolo consiglio che mi sento di dare: la differenza la fanno i dettagli. Meglio girare il cartello all’ingresso in modo che si legga chiaramente e un abbigliamento un po‘ più professionale per il personale. Per il resto tutto molto buono, inclusa la colazione

Soggiorno fantastico: lo staff ci ha subito accolti facendoci sentire a casa, la colazione super ricca con cibi e frutta freschi e, su richiesta, anche uova strapazzate (assolutamente da provare) e un piatto con formaggio e prosciutto di ottima qualità tagliato al momento. Tutto fresco per evitare spreco, gesto molto apprezzato.
