Da localização e da vista. Boa cozinha.
O colchão era péssimo e o chuveiro tinha o botao partido.E chão da varanda está partido se houvesse crianças era muito perigoso, porque as crianças são por natureza curiosa e iram magoar.

A localização é excelente, e a vista é incrível. O apartamento fica em frente a praia e próximo a restaurantes e comodidades. O apartamento é espaçoso, bem bonito e com uma varanda excelente (o ponto alto do apartamento)
Necessita de manutenções para aumentar a qualidade da estadia. Porta de entrada emperrando, porta da varanda precisa ser regulada e lubrificada, cortinas soltando, pia da casa de banho entupida, toalhas velhas e desgastadas. No anúncio está informado Estacionamento como Comodidade, porém o edifício possui Parking pago, não incluso na diária (existem zonas gratuitas para estacionamento, porém podem estar cheia no verão).

The location was outstanding and views from the balcony were beautiful. Nice new building.
The sofa bed as previous reviews have mentioned was unacceptable. It's worn out and was not designed for the kind of use that it gets. It's such a shame, the property should be 10/10 but it's so poorly furnished that is really takes away from the stay.
There was an ironing board but no iron. Coffee machine no coffee, Empty medical kit. Just hand soap in the bathroom. Two four seater tables for a studio apartment that doesn't even have bed. The furniture choices are baffling.
