Localização mesmo frente a praia da ouro, com total privacidade no terraco, em relação as pessoas que passeiam na avenida da praia. É um 8 andar. Do trato cordial do senhor Luis, sempre disponível e preocupado. Do terraco amplo com jacuzzi e churrasqueira . Da piscina interior de agua quente.
Falta de estacionamento privado, embora na rua tem alguns lugares nao pagos para residentes que o senhor prontificou se a reservar para nos antes da chegada. Tem o estacionamento da praia do ouro junto a porta do predio mas é caro. O preço do apartamento, porém a localização, a privacidade e a piscina interior quente fazem a diferença.
