A great location in the heart of the bustling old town yet the terrace provides quiet and calm. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean with small touches to make it feel like a home away from home. Claus was ever so kind to let us check in slightly earlier during the heatwave and the aircon was incredibly welcome after a morning at the beach. We’d recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.
As others have mentioned, the stairs leading up to the property need improving but we just took our time. It should be noted that the terrace is shared with another apartment in the building but ourselves and our ‘neighbours’ were respectful of one another’s space.

The location was perfect, lovely to walk through the shopping streets, the cafe / restaurant areas and all the alleyways with beautiful architecture. It was a 5 minute walk to the Plage de la Gavette for our late afternoon swims.
The apartment was well appointed with the kitchen and bathroom in very good condition.
The communication with Claus Lingenbrink and Charles-Philippe was excellent for the key location on arrival and departure process.
As I have communicated to Claus, the last few wooden steps up to the apartment door are not in good condition and need to be replaced. I had heavy suitcases to carry up the steps so my concern is if one of the wood steps breaks, someone could get hurt.
Claus has taken this issue up with the property administration.
