It is quite roomy for Tokyo and the mall nearby is very nice. Also the straight bus to Disney is perfect. The washing machine is also great for when you have a longer stay.
The bed was a bit cheap and you could feel the springs from time to time. The apartment is also located next to quite a busy road, which people with loud motorcycles or cars seem to absolutely love. The soundproofing could be better.

This is the most functional apartment that we’ve stayed in. The space might be on the smaller side, but it has everything one might need, and is the best value for money. Malls, grocery stores, restaurants, buses and train station - it’s got it all. Very convenient, well maintained; I’d gladly stay here again.

住宿地距離龜友站步行約5分鐘左右的距離、附近還有ario百貨、食行皆很便利。 住宿地的服務人員親切且用心的處理每一個問題、並且幫我們更換枕頭，非常感謝。
遇到住宿地用水中斷的問題、且斷斷續續的好幾次⋯對於出遊的我們，實在是很不方便⋯
