We love the location and returned for our 5th visit this year. We like that it's on a quiet street and situated right on the beach. We have a lovely little patio and can see the ocean a few steps away. We also enjoyed the Hawaiian cookies that were waiting for us.
Since this is an older property, every year there are maintenance issues. This year the coffee pot didn't work, but the My Perfect Stays staff replaced it the next day. The remote on the air conditioner didn't work so we changed the batteries. The stove light over the burners didn't work, and I reported it.

This is the third time that we’ve stayed at this condo. We love the location. Despite the many problems we found, Christine and Eric at My Perfect Stays were very helpful in getting most of the repairs done promptly
When we arrived the lockbox was hanging unlocked and open with the key exposed. The door lock was defective, so the key didn’t work. We waited for an hour at the door for a repair man to let us in. He came back the next day and changed the lock.
We also found broken items inside - the sliding door to the bedroom was very shaky and nearly coming off the track, the drawer under the oven was broken, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, the patio chair was broken and the dust buster didn’t work. They were not able to repair the wobbly sliding door nor the dust buster.
