- Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, in der Küche war alles da was man brauchte
- besondere Überraschung war das tolle Willkommensgeschenk. Das hat gut getan nach der langen Anreise. Mahalo!
- Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schnell und unkompliziert
- Wohnung war sehr sauber
- ist super zentral gelegen um Maui gut zu erkunden
- Parken war super, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft, sehr einfache Registrierung, super erklärt, immer ein Parkplatz frei gewesen
- Pool sehr klein, dafür aber ein Strand direkt in der Nähe
- ein Staubsauger in der Wohnung wäre super gewesen
Aber nicht gefallen ist der falsche Ausdruck. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Great location, we stepped directly on the beach. Location was central for all we wanted to do.
Was older and had some issues with cockroaches. One even made it in our luggage and found when we returned home.

It’s close to where the rest of my family was staying. The welcome package was nice, and check in was easy. The kitchen is well stocked with a new coffee maker and fast toaster.
The complex is showing its age and C12 is no exception. There is no view of the ocean and due to the degrading sea wall the pool was closed. I expected more from a unit that cost more than $300/night after taxes and fees. Especially for a one bedroom.

Nice to have lounge chairs and cooler
Ants, cockroaches, broken bed, tv volume didn’t work, very dated. Needs a really good cleaning and some paint. There’s mold on the bathroom walls, birds building a nest in bedroom corner.
