Great location on the island. You can watch the whales from the patio. The linens were very high quality. The room was clean. Kitchen is stocked with high quality dishes.

The only green space for the complex is right outside the patio. Expect lawn chairs to be right up against the patio with people talking.

The property was cozy and quaint ☺️ The unit itself is a very nice clean one bedroom with the pool right out our sliding door, and the ocean literally twenty feet away from there is an awesome sight, and the lull of the ocean so close makes it so peaceful. The small grass area around it along with the barbecue area being so close was very convenient and added to its charm. Overall it was a very peaceful pleasant place to stay for the week. The two things that were a little disappointing was that when we were viewing this property, the pictures were perhaps quite outdated because it showed the scenery of the beach to be quite a bit more accessible! It looked as though we could walk right out from the property onto the long sandy stretch of beach right into the water. But in actuality in order to get down to the beach we had to cross the property line to go onto the yard next door and walk down some uneasy rocks! Not to safe for the elderly 😌 The only other slight inconvenience was that there was no temperature control remote for the air conditioning! It would get too cold in the middle of the night and when we woke up to turn it off…then it would get a little too warm to sleep comfortably! So then we had to get up and turn it back on.. lol!! 😀🤨 And this went on every night!! It’s okay…we’re on vacation right 😁 Anyway… love to all of you from Kaua’i 💕🤙🏽 We hope to be back soon!!!🤗😘
