Dimora Felice

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dimora Felice and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, Francesco and Graziana made us feel incredibly welcome — more like friends than guests. Their warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. They were attentive throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their recommendations for local restaurants and evening entertainment were excellent and really helped us make the most of our time in Martina Franca. There are also plenty of fantastic cafés and restaurants just a short stroll away, so you’re spoiled for choice. The property itself is absolutely fabulous. The décor is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the balcony — it was a real pleasure to sit out there each morning with a coffee and soak up the atmosphere of the town. The location is superb — right in the heart of Martina Franca and less than a minute’s walk to one of the main piazzas, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the local attractions. We would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend Dimora Felice to anyone considering a trip to Martina Franca.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Dimora Felice was beautifully presented with everything you needed. It is just like it is shown in the photos and the bed was very comfortable. Francesco and Graziana were the most amazing hosts and not only helped me with the bus service from Monopoli, they both met me at the apartment to show me their lovely place. Francesco even carried my rather heavy suitcase up the stairs (in my defence, I am travelling for six weeks across a couple of different climates so need a mixture of clothing) They were also available for any questions and they even helped me arrange for a private driver to take me to my next destination.

One concern I have is the steepness of the stairs across both levels if agility is an issue. And if you have a heavy suitcase! But the bonus is that there are bathrooms on both levels, plus coffee making facilities and fridges on each level. I left my suitcase on the first level as I could shower etc and the second level was for sleeping and of course, admiring the view from the balcony. Also, if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye mask as the bedroom windows face east and it is very bright in the morning as the curtains are not blockout curtains.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso alla Dimora Felice! L’appartamento è impeccabilmente pulito, arredato con gusto e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. La posizione è perfetta, nel cuore del centro storico di Martina Franca, con tutto a pochi passi: ristoranti, bar e attrazioni. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari: gentilissimi, disponibili e accoglienti, sempre pronti ad aiutare e a dare consigli utili. La casa è anche spaziosa e ben attrezzata, ideale sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi. In conclusione: Una delle migliori esperienze di soggiorno che abbiamo avuto. Torneremmo senza esitazione e la consigliamo vivamente!

The location was excellent. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts were outstanding. Amenities such as coffee and fresh water were appreciated. Convenient parking.

Stair incline was steep but not unmanageable.
