I have spent many nights at this establishment, i have had a great stay. I have to bring to your attention that on my last stay I encountered some Kreepy Crawley's/ cockroaches. Kindly note that the aircons are not working at its best .

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was noise at night. The elevator doors make an extremely loud noise every time they open or close, which repeatedly disturbed my sleep. It felt like there was no proper door-closing mechanism.
The air conditioner in my room was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable. In addition, there were no proper curtains in the room, so early morning light came directly into the room and disturbed my rest.
Parking was another major problem. Because there is a club inside the hotel, outside visitors were allowed to use the hotel parking. Every time I returned after exploring the city, the parking was full and there was no space for hotel guests. Even though I informed reception in advance and requested that my parking be kept, this was never done.
On some occasions, I was allowed to park in the manager’s parking space, which I did not mind. However, reception would then call me very early in the morning asking me to move my car because the manager needed the space, even though later in the morning many parking spaces were available.
I was also charged R80 per person for entry to the hotel’s club, even though entry is free for hotel guests. I was not informed of this, and when I requested a refund, it was refused.
Overall, poor maintenance, lack of communication, noise disturbance, and parking mismanagement affected my stay.
