    Average and old hotel. Our room was also quite dark. Lighting and shower need improvement. Not 4 star. 3 at best. Bed was sinking on the right side. Would not recommend.

    Great little hotel on a quiet backstreet only a block from the nightlife in Karakoy 😊. Staff very helpful and friendly.

    I had 2 suitcases and my room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator and a narrow round stairs. Imagine the hurdle of carrying them all the way up all by yourself after a long travel. Room was clean but super compact. There was hardly any space for anything at all. Location is good but 15 mins walk from the nearest tram station. So taking a tram and metro carrying luggage was like a punishment. Hotel staff were extremely nice. The main person couldn't speak English at all while occasionally there was another guy who could speak okay English.
