Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The view up a long cove was stunning. House was very well equipped with kitchen utensils. Clean and nice furnishings. Just a hiccup for a covered dock that was not available but shown in photos.

The property and the home were immaculate and it was so nice to have our own dock to tie our boat to. It was so peaceful back in your cove. This was the first time staying on this side of the lake and it’s much less populated which was great. The house had everything we needed and there was so much space. The view from the house was beautiful!
