About this house rental
Lake house retreat its fun on the water and short drives to some of East Tennessee's best hiking trails. Beautiful log cabin-style home right on Norris Lake (year round deep water). Three levels of living with gorgeous mountain and lake views. A true chef's kitchen on the main level, with an additional full kitchen, bar and living area downstairs. All 5 of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Plenty of activities to do while your here: pool table, dart boards, poker table, horse shoes, corn hole, fishing off dock. Its a great get away in a quiet lake front community. Walk out to your dream back yard, with a new fire pit area and a full dock. Tubing, wake boarding, boating, sunbathing, wave running, fishing, swimming, and minutes away from great hiking & ATV trails. A five minute boat ride to “ Bubba Brews”local dockside restaurant with live music on the weekends. East Tennessee is home to a multitude of natural parks, nature sites, water falls, underground lakes, Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Royal Blue.

It is a Great Lake house for large families! 8 adults and 6 under 5 years old! A few of the deck chairs need to be replaced they were broken! The microwave didn’t work but the owner replaced it with in 24 hours. The house wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Need more lamps in bedrooms. Loved the dock and kayaks, hot tub was awesome and so was the fire pit!

Great home in a great location with easy access, and great parking for 6-8 vehicles. Grandkids all said this was their favorite place and we have been renting lakefront homes on Norris since 2016. Very nice home, easy dock access, and great swimming off the dock. Everyone loves to tube and kids and grandkids learned how to Kayak and Paddle Board. Very calm part of the lake made for easy docking of the Pontoon boat. 16 of us in total ages 4 weeks to 69 yrs young. Thank you Jeff and Craig for letting us stay at your home. We had one of the best times every at Norris Lake!

This home was perfect for our large family. Lots of room, beautiful dock, open yard space and more. The owners are super nice and responsive. Even a rainy day was full of games, movies and laughter. Only caveat, a few of the listed kayaks are currently in real need of repair/replacement. Luckily for us we had brought our own. We will book again!

Pros-Large house with enough room for 11 family members, the inside of the house was very clean, we rented the pontoon boat and made for an enjoyable week
Cons-The outside of the house and the dock area looked like it hadnt been cleaned up for the spring/summer season. The plank going to the dock was an accident waiting to happen. In fact we did have someone fall. We had three nice refrigerators but only one of the ice makers worked. The refri in main kitchen dripped water and we had to keep a towel by it. There was not enough seating for a group of 11 on the top deck. All the chairs on the bottom deck were filthy. The information notebook needs to have more details-we didnt know how to turn dock lights on and the garbage cans were all full and there was no instructions to when they would be picked up.
All that being said-we might rent again if the outside areas were cleaned and repaired. The house itself was great!
