Not only are we a short 12-minute ride into the resort town of Ocean City but here you have access to private community amenities, multiple pools open year-round, yacht club, state-of-the-art golf courses, and much more!

We are VERY EXCITED to share that we have made plenty of new updates for 2023! Every new feature was carefully thought out in order to provide you with an amazing stay that will exceed most Ocean City rental experiences.
Unit includes free Wi-Fi, parking spots, a Washer/Dryer, and two decks for entertaining!
-KITCHEN: Our Gourmet kitchen is open-airy and fully equipped with the finest cookware, the chef of the group will feel right at home! Quarts countertops and a wrap-around island with seating! Large Dining Table comfortably seats 6. The kitchen dining room and living room are connected in a vast open concept so you never miss a moment.
-LIVING ROOM: Vaulted ceiling light and airy! Smart TV w/ plenty of seating for the whole family. The sofa also converts into a bed for extra sleeping space. There is also a wood stove for use in the fall and winter (we can not guarantee the functionality of a wood stove)
-Back Deck: Enjoy the peacefulness on our deck. Plenty of space to hang out. Outdoor Charcoal grill for your use.
Owners Suite: 1 QueenBed with Smart TV Private spa-like bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Smart TV
Bedroom 3: Full over Full Bunk Bed
There is also another full bathroom for use during your stay!
STARTER KIT:
We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.
Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.
Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.
Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.
Check-in DIRECTLY AT PROPERTY, NO STOPPING AT A RENTAL OFFICE, Keyless Entry.
If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.
If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Request are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.
Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.
This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1,000 fine for smoking in the unit.
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us you give permission permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. We warmly welcome you to our coastal haven and wish to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. However, we kindly remind our guests that certain elements beyond our control, such as weather conditions, nearby construction activities, or the exuberance of neighboring celebrations, may influence your experience. Nestled close to nature's bounty, our location invites occasional visits from local wildlife, including raccoons, foxes, diverse bird species including seagulls, and an array of insects. While these encounters are part of the natural charm of our setting, we diligently treat our properties to minimize unwanted guests and maintain your comfort.
Should you encounter any aspect of nature that feels less than welcoming or experience any issues with appliances, HVAC systems, electrical components, or cleanliness, please do not hesitate to inform us promptly and provide photographic evidence. We require that you allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay, as our response time is typically less than an hour. We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds. By booking this property you agree and understand no refunds are given. Our commitment is to provide a serene and delightful escape, and we are here to assist in making your experience as pleasant as possible, within the harmony of our natural surroundings.

It was the first time we had done a vacation rental and we were not disappointed. We found the place comfortable and relaxing. Chris was quick to respond to our phone call when we had an issue. Nice kitchen and bathrooms and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Place was nice, clean, and had awesome neighbors. Plenty of room for everyone. Staff was very accommodating to our questions. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We arrived on a Sunday. We noticed no coffee pot but a Kurig. As coffee drinkers we prefer a coffee pot. The ice machine and water does not operate from the refrigerator. So no to water and no to ice. Our daughter who we were visiting let us borrow her Barita. The Dryer did not always want to dry. The hot water does not always last for the second bather. The kurig went and then the A/C unit. Fortunately it was cool outside and they have fans. Ethan and Mandy whom help with the Unit responded quickly to our calls and made sure to get everything up and running. A/C was repaired and they sent us a new Kurig.Thank you to you both!! I would love to see some spices in the cabinets and newer pots and pans and bakeware. It lacks a homey feel. Location is great! We were literally 4 minutes by car to our daughter. If you want to use the pool it will cost you 10.00 a person if you tell them you are a resident like they told us to do, but they want to see a card. I do not know what the cost would be for nonresident. The farmers market is incredible! The people are all so friendly. I enjoyed having a washer and dryer. We did not use the grill for its charcoal and it was not cleaned out from prior use. We love the location and there really aren’t that many units up for rent in this area. Would I stay here again, yes! It’s because of Ethan and Mandy and how they tackled all my calls and responded so quickly. Again, kudos to you both!
