Located at the amazing Veranda Palms Resort, the Beauty and Peace Resort is close to a lot of attractions. With its prime location near all the theme parks and resort-style amenities, you'll have all the comforts of home and more. Also, on our property, you can enjoy your favorite channel or TV show. We have Roku on all TVs. Everything you need for your entertainment and comfort is close to you.
Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the benefits of Veranda Palms Resort. The community is surrounded by the Shingle Creek Preserve providing a private oasis, yet only minutes away from the theme parks, top golf courses, shopping, and dining.

The Neighborhood:
The home has a privileged location and it is placed in the Veranda Palms an amazing exclusive gated resort community in Kissimmee and is ideally placed for all of Orlando’s other attractions.
Here are the approximate distances from the main attractions you may wish to visit:
• Disney World: 16-minute drive
• Universal Parks: 26-minute drive
• Magic Kingdom: 22-minute drive
• SeaWorld: 22-minute drive
• Amway Center: 30-minute drive
• Legoland: 55-minute drive
• Gatorland: 16-minute drive
• Medieval Times: 6-minute drive
Nearest required establishments you may need:
• 7-Eleven: 6-minute drive
• Walmart: 8-minute drive

Getting Around:
There are two parking spots on the driveway and a third car can be parked horizontally. If you need more parking spots, it is possible to park at the clubhouse. Do not park on the street or the grass otherwise, your car will be towed. No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard.
Other Things to Note:
There are some important things to note related to additional services provided upon request.
• The pool and hot tub heating: $45/day (plus taxes)
• Pet-friendly fee: $119 (plus taxes) pet fee per booking.
• Propane tank for BBQ: $49 (plus taxes)

Great house. Check in process was shacky. Didnt get access until after check in time. Didnt get an access code until after. I had to call property management to get info on to why we didn't get access at the time of check in. With around 12 people waiting. Also no internet. Wasnt able to use tv and internet. Grill was not cleaned. But I give it a 4 star.
