We loved the size of the place. All but two bedrooms all had their own bathroom which was wonderful. There were 4 king sized beds, the other beds were full, Queen or twin. Beds were ok, some harder than others. The communication from the property management company was excellent. We had an issue with the bedroom lights and they sent a maintenance man over. We paid to heat the hot tub and pool and it was worth it. We also paid to use the grill however sadly it did not work so I am hoping to get a refund for that. There is a Sam’s Club, Walmart and Target close. I would most definitely stay here again.

This house is amazing, and I’m sure I’ll be staying again, but there are a few things you should know before staying at this property. First, bring everything and anything you need because supplies are very limited. Secondly, make sure to Uber or carpool because there are only 4 available parking spots. The community has a few additional spots, but they were taken the entire time we were there. One of my guests got towed and had to pay 550 to get his car back. Other than that, the host was extremely gracious and attentive, I just thought they should be more clear about parking limitations in a home that accommodates 26 people

The good: House was clean/organized and suited our large party. The bad: In the listing on VRBO a Hot Tub and Bbq grill was listed un thw amenities, which were two essentials for our trip. However once booked I found out that you need to pay additional money to have the “HOT TUB” heated(35 a day)!! Also, there is an additional fee of 70 to use the gas grill. Both of the fees are listed in the fine print at the very bottom of the ad, but both amenities are listed multiple times in the ad before you find the fees. When I argued that a Hot Tub, by nature, should be hot, the agent offered to screen shot the add where it says heating the HOT tub is additional(helpfull). And when I offered to purchase my own gas for the grill, for much less than 70, I was told that due to safety concerns they couldn’t allow that. Overall the rental was good but I wouldn’t book again do to the upcharge fees.

I brought the wedding party here as a “thank you” It was definitely worth the money I spent. The house was cozy and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would recommend this property as a get away stay.
