This property looks to have been restored to a high quality. Personally, I liked all of the ‘smart’ features. The only improvement would be to squeeze in another toilet.

Nicely situated in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and it's about a 3 minute walk to the beach!

House itself appeared to be recently remodeled - some nice updates and newer appliances were nice features. Newer washer and dryer were also convenient to have access to during our stay. The property was clean when we arrived and the check-in process was easy. The bunk beds were a little small so if they’re intended for older children it may be a tight squeeze. Living area was a nice size, as well the dining area. The roof deck is a nice feature, as well as off-street parking.
One thing to take note of - there are active train tracks right across the street from the property. The train comes through several times during the day and night and blows the horn which could be loud and/or disruptive to some guests. We stayed in the offseason (April) so unsure of the train schedule at other times of the year. We only stayed one night so we did not venture out to the area or local beach, so can’t give much in the way of feedback on that.
