Beautiful 7 mile beach just a short walk away!! This home is located just .07 miles from the Pier and Palace Playland Amusement Center ( Approximately a 10 minute walk ). Check out the new Sea Viper rollercoaster! 3 Bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6. This property has a full kitchen, living room, A/C, private front and rear deck with a large yard. A 5 minute walk to the beach makes it perfect for daytime beach goers and those who love to escape the crowds at night for some peaceful rest. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully applianced kitchen. It is the perfect setting for a family to get together for a wonderful summer retreat. NO LININGS, SHEETS OR PILLOW CASSES.

My family and I stayed for two weeks at the townhome and had a blast. The location is the very best part (walking distance to everything). My only complaint is that the neighbors above us were really loud one night - I addressed the situation with John and he took care of it right away.

Great location. Very spacious and clean. Some items missing that were supposed to be in home but minor and we enjoyed our stay otherwise.

The location of this unit is great! We brought a wagon to help us drag our gear to the beach, and our kiddo rode a scooter when we ventured “downtown” for food/shopping. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner kindly left us some vegetables from his garden.
The unit itself is bare bones. There are no sheets provided. We also had to buy batteries for the tv remote, dishwasher pods, dryer sheets (because I had brought laundry detergent with us), and toilet paper. There were no “extras” like plastic wrap or aluminum foil. If you need any unique pots/pans, bring them from home. Oh, and bring a sharp knife or two!
