Your central locale is about 30 miles from the Orlando International Airport and under a mile from the Orlando Sanford International Airport. Find grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking trails within a five-mile radius. Day trips are also a breeze - Disney and Universal are within a 50-mile drive, while the shores of Daytona Beach are an easy 45-mile drive.

Beautifully updated, the light-filled interior features new appliances, fixtures, and finishes. Prepare delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, or step out to the patio for an afternoon cookout. Make yourself at home in the inviting living area, complete with modern furnishings and a 75' TV. Indulge your inner chef in the updated kitchen, with ample countertop space and all-new appliances.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
