A simple 1 hour drive from theme park attractions in Orlando, 1 hour from the world famous Kennedy Space Center, a quick 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach, and a short 8 minute drive to downtown Melbourne.
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home is nestled on a quarter acre surrounded by palms, one block from the beach. The private backyard is great for kids, pets and family get togethers. We offer three queen beds and a pull out couch, a spacious well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
We have 3 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a beach bag and two beach cruisers for your beach enjoyment.

Stayed several weeks for work. Great place to relax. Quite neighborhood the sound of the waves were relaxing. Would stay again.
