About this house rental
This immaculate, recently redone, private, fully furnished, tropical townhouse with OCEAN access is ideal. It is located across the street from the ocean. Close to fishing, golfing, restaurants, shopping, theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, and airboat rides, this location is for you! The complex has only six townhouses. It is two story with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with the laundry. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining, living room and a half bath. It is a very private tropical environment. There is a two car garage with beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach paraphernalia. I am available to answer any questions and live within walking distance of the townhome.

House is in a great location. Easy access to the beach. A variety of grocery stores and shops are close by. Quiet, in spite of the road out front.Owner was responsive and helpful related to any issues. The garage is helpful for stowing extra gear like bicycles and golf clubs, in addition to storing my car.The furniture is tired. The decks off each bedroom are a great idea, but of little value if they are not clean and maintained.Still, a good place to stay.

The location was perfect, we had all the comforts of home and had so much fun. We walked to the beach 3 times a day, such a fantastic location.
