Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. Please no pets on the beds or furniture so we can keep the home as clean as possible. This 2nd floor unit is in our duplex building.

The host is very kind and communication is timely and jovial. The place is perfectly sized for a couple. Small bathroom but not too small. The location cannot be beat - one block from the beach. The local grocery store across the street is fantastic with European choices, amazing true Italian pizza and pastries. They have a coffee shop as well. There’s a great choices of cafes and restaurants walking distance and within 3 miles. The deck for the second floor unit is a great place to hang for morning coffee.Melbourne Beach was sparsely populated and covered in shells during our stay the weekend of July 17.
