Unit one is rented for long term tenants with their own entrance , unit 2 is just made for your stay,separate entrance as well.Tenants park on their front yard and guests park on their side of the house, there is more than enough parking for everyone. And parking is on the grass. When you open the backdoor you will see the backyard and a covered porch of our separate detached garage, There are no pets in the property.
