It's very quiet very cozy place it's a house so it gives you the home away from home field the rooms are very nice the place is very well off cap smells really good on the inside I wish they had a bigger refrigerator because they only have a really small one but other than that it's very nice place the internet works really well and the property manager is on top of everything all the time brings you really nice home towels and napkins in the beds are very comfortable and everything smells good like it was washed and Downy
What I didn't like about the facilities I didn't like how some of the people who stayed here treated the staff and treated the facility one tenant pulled down a shower curtain and peed on it other 10-inch came in and just because it wasn't the Ritz-Carlton they turn around and said oh it's not going to work out and left which is a bunch of young kids and then a couple came in rented out the big sweet and then turn around and left at night and never came back so the only thing I didn't like about this location were the tenants

The neighborhood was nice and quiet, everything was clean, our room had a bathroom in it so we didn’t have to share the one in the hall with the rest of the family/guests and the owners were super friendly and responded quick. We had no issues during our stay, the owners and building manager were always reachable when needed and were super helpful.
This was an oversight on my part when I booked it, but you don’t get the entire house, you are booking a room in the house so we did share the house with a few people. The other guests were great and we had no issues. The fridge is a mini fridge, so we bought groceries for our stay before we realized we were sharing the place with other people. Fortunately, the other guests only stayed a night at a time so they didn’t have anything to put in the fridge or this would have been an issue.

It is nice and newly remodeled single family home.
This is a an investors room rental house. Although remodeled it is lacking in furniture. Such as chairs, tables or draws in the bedrooms. It has coffee and the basics, needs more amenities. It would be nice to have a TV in the bedrooms.
