The space
Wake up to sunny views of the park, where you can play pickle ball and tennis, and children can enjoy the covered playground. Walk or bike everywhere.
Hop in the car or ride-share to the beach or downtown St. Pete in less than 15 minutes. Sounds amazing? Well, welcome to our home!
Perfectly situated in a prime location very near the shops and restaurants on Beach Street in Gulfport, our newly renovated duplex home has a large one bedroom with Queen and Twin Beds. The living room offers a spacious chaise lounge that can sleep two, as well. Beautiful park views from front and back of the house. Backyard is enclosed and has a tropical vibe.
Lots of modern updates including a new bathroom remodel with rain shower, new air conditioning and heat, new stove and oven, and new Bosch dishwasher.
The home has a spacious yard with BBQ grill for your use. A private laundry machine is available, as well.
Located near public pickle ball and tennis courts. Short 3-5 minute walk to shops and restaurants on Beach Blvd. Only a 15 minute drive to St. Pete Beach!

Other things to note
We can accommodate some boats up to 30 foot in the back yard for an additional fee. You will need to drive through the alley way and back in the trailer into the back yard. The fence opening is 11.5 feet.
Please be mindful of not throwing excessive toilet paper, feminine hygiene products or trash in the toilet and use the trash can instead in the bathroom.
