About this villa rental
Villa Cariad is a beautiful and well proportioned villa set in a quiet and scenic area of Peyia.
The villa has its own gated drive for ease of parking and boasts 3 large double bedrooms. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower is set in its own wing, on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area.
Also downstairs is a separate cloakroom, a very well appointed open plan kitchen and lounge with an abundance of comfortable and stylish furniture including a large TV offering all English channels. This villa is tastefully decorated and offers a home from home feel. There is also a large dining area and patio doors leading to the beautiful and private mediterranean-style garden and patio area with BBQ and a large swimming pool. The size of the pool at this villa is 8mx4m. There is plenty of room for outside dining, sun-bathing or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings with a good book and a glass of wine.
Upstairs there are two light and airy well proportioned double bedrooms with direct access to a large covered wrap-around balcony which affords fabulous sea and mountain views. There is also a large family bathroom with bath and shower.
This villa is well suited to a family and is equipped with a travel cot also.
The nearby beautiful Peyia Village offers a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarket to cater for all your needs, and the stunning Blue Flag beaches of Coral Bay are only a 10 minute drive away.
The location also offers a fabulous base for exploring the area in this part of Cyprus. Access to the Akamas National Park is a short distance away, where you can find the stunning Laura Turtle Beach, and the beautiful Latchi Harbour offering daily boat trips to the Blue Lagoon is within half an hour’s drive. This is the perfect location to explore the area or simply relax and unwind. We would recommend hiring a car.
