Brand new listing with VRBO with over 100 + 5 star reviews on other sites! Luxury three-story new construction home centrally located near Seattle, SeaTac International Airport, Bellevue, & major cities! Plenty of space to prepare fresh meals on a gas stove with granite marble tops while taking in sun rays from the balcony view! You won't run out of room for great company on the extra large sofa & love seat! Cap your night off together with a movie on a 75 inch smart TV! The memory foam mattresses in every bed will make it very hard to leave!

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY!
Do not park on the street. You may only park in the garage or driveway.
NO SHOES in the house at any time. I provide a shoe mat where guests may leave their shoes. We try to keep the house clean for all guests. Any signs of shoes in the house will result in an additional cleaning fee.
For make-up removal do not use the white towels. I provide black facial towels found in all the bathrooms.
If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Please be respectful to our neighbors.
$100 per pet
Only Toilet tissue should be flushed down the toilet.
Please be respectful of our neighbors.
No smoking inside the house. Please keep smoking in the backyard. This will result in an additional fee if any odor is detected.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.

We enjoyed this house very much! Very clean, comfortable and had the basic necessities. Location was perfect and the neighborhood was pleasant. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay during your stay in WA. Host was nice and responsive.

The property was what we expected. Place was clean. Everything works. The A/C was not cooling enough, however the property had several fans to cool the house.
