This beautiful, waterfront home is located in a charming neighborhood right on lake Washington with close proximity to many local attractions and minutes from downtown Seattle, as well as the SeaTac International Airport. This two-story property has throughout-hardwood floors, 2 fireplaces, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The huge master bedroom has a sitting area, king-size bed, a queen-size futon, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The balcony from the upper-level living room brings you a panoramic view of the lake where you will find the captivating sun dancing on the lake before setting in for the evening, while the ground floor grants you access to your own private swimming pool (seasonal June - mid-September), and 21,600 acres of the beautiful lake Washington (our outdoor pool is open from June till end of September due to weather conditions). You will be given privilege to access the dock for water activities on the lake during your stay. You maybe able park your boat at our dock, depending the size of your boat and space availability of the dock. Additional dock fee will be applied for boat moorage. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, silverwares, pots & pans, a full-size refrigerator, granite countertops and custom cabinets. The laundry room includes a complimentary washer, dryer and laundry detergent for your convenience. This house is completely furnished for your comfort and relaxation.
