About this cabin rental
Welcome to our beloved lake-view cabin on the shore of Tanner Lake in Lake Mont Pines, where you can enjoy a beautiful lake view from the living room or while soaking in the large covered hot tub. This home now has central heat and air conditioning.!
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is a peaceful getaway, perfect for all ages. The cabin has a kitchen (no dishwasher), large dining table, outdoor shower, hot tub and patio furniture. We are just steps away from the sandy beach/recreation area with great visibility making it easy to watch the kids play from the comfort of the deck.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this cabin, no exceptions. There is a $200 additional fee for hot tub use, along with a liability waiver to be signed.
Important Details to Note: Tenant must be at least 25 years old. This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged. Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Where applicable, payment can be made by check. If payment is made by credit card, property managers will add a 2% credit card surcharge to the transaction when charging the card.

We had two families with 4 kids 2-7 yrs old and it was absolutely perfect. It’s a stunning location on the lake, hot tub, playroom for kids, and playground next door. Centrally located to nearby areas including snow activities in Bear Valley and caverns in Murphys. Appliances were a little old so be careful with the oven (runs VERY hot) and drier doesn’t work very well (had to run 4-5 times to dry a load). Look forward to staying again soon!

Wonderful stay in Arnold with my family at this location right in the lake. Cabin is just as described and location couldn’t have been better. Communitcation with property manager was great although a little tricky at check in because I didn’t have any service. They were very responsive when I was able to get a hold of them though. Would stay here again!

Over 45 years, we have been guests in/renters of numerous properties in Lakemont Pines. The Lake House is well stocked and well maintained. The cabin is homey and comfortable for 8. The location, however, is what makes this an ideal location. It is adjacent to the beach and clubhouse. You are steps away from the beach and can come and go between cabin and beach easily. No more loading and unloading chairs, towels, shade structures, food, sand toys...and kids...in the parking lot. The location can't be beat for convenience and a thoroughly enjoyable vacation.
