About this cabin rental
Tucked away on 3 private acres, this spacious mountain home offers the kind of getaway that's hard to find—peaceful, comfortable, and designed for spending quality time together.
With nearly 5,000 square feet of living space, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. Whether you're gathering around the dining table, relaxing on the expansive back deck overlooking the forest, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee surrounded by nature, this home was made for reconnecting with family and friends.
The property backs directly to the Stanislaus National Forest and provides easy access to the Arnold Rim Trail, while still being just a short drive from Lake Alpine, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Calaveras Big Trees State Park, Murphy's, wineries, lakes, and everything the Arnold area has to offer.
After a day outdoors, unwind with a movie, challenge someone to a casual game of ping pong or foosball, or simply enjoy the quiet mountain setting. High-speed Xfinity Wi-Fi and multiple smart TVs make it easy to stay connected when needed—but the best part of staying here is often putting the devices away.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, making it ideal for family reunions, multi-family vacations, ski trips, and weekend getaways with friends.

Winter Travel
During the winter months (generally November through March, and occasionally into April), all-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles are strongly recommended. The driveway is long and can become steep and snowy during storms. While snow chains may be required by Caltrans on nearby roads, AWD or 4WD vehicles are the safest option for accessing the property.
