Brand new with pool 1 minute from Plaza de Vilanova, 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Sitges. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in one and 2 single beds in the other) and 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Fully furnished and equipped. High quality: Bosch appliances, motorized leather sofa, Qled TV, washer and dryer. With terrace and views of the communal area. Very calm and quiet. To enjoy the center of vilanova, swimming pool, beach and Sitges. Additional paid parking in the building
