About this apartment rental

Apartment on the 2nd floor (3rd equivalent) fully equipped overlooking a quiet street, opposite villas with gardens and a few meters from the huge Ribes Rotges beach (Villanova). The historic center is accessible on foot (in 15 minutes) - a car park is nevertheless available to holidaymakers in the building.
Kitchen open to the living room, with direct access to balcony (sea view) on one side and large terrace on the other, also living space, with open view and sea view at an angle.
Three bedrooms, two of them equipped with air conditioners
Flat screens in the living room and the parental bedroom.

First of all, we would like to thank the owner, Peter, for the quality of the communication. The apartment is just perfect, at only 1 min walk from the beach, bars and restaurants, 5 min to reach la Rambla, Vilanova's main walking shopping street. The terrace is amazing, the apartment is quiet, very nicely decorated with air conditioning. The parking place is also a very positive point in this neighborhood. We will come back for sure, and higly recommend Peter's place !

Fabulous apartment with perfect position close to the great beach Ribes Roges and with great modern standard. A big plus for all quick and accurate correspondence with the owner. Our stay could not have been better!!

The apartment is in excellent location and it is very well maintained. We had a very nice stay. Peter was very patient with us Canadians, while I had some issues with my account to pay the deposit. The apartment is well equipped and everything was working. We weren't scared to damage anything as all furniture and equipment were robust. The street is quiet, unusual for Spain. Overall a very good stay and we won't hesitate returning.

Lovely, clean well equipped apartment ideally situated for the beach and also town and railway station. Owner very friendly and replied quickly to all my enquiries. Vilanova an excellent base to explore Barcelona and its surroundings and also to relax on the beach. Would highly recommend. Hoping to return soon...
