Getting Around:
Within a few blocks of the Dart Rail Station at Park and Greenville, hoping on a train takes no time at all. Right of Hwy 75/N. Central Expressway, getting around in your car is very convenient as well.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety.
TRUST AND SAFETY: This home is protected by the Guesty Shield Trust & Safety program, which provides up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental damage to the property and its contents during your stay.
