About this house rental

Charming and spotless duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and gas log burning fireplace and 2 living areas close to everything... Greenville Avenue, North Park Mall, Arboretum, SMU and Downtown/Uptown. Plenty of parking is available curbside along Brentcove Circle. One Bedroom has King sized bed and the other has a Queen Size, and a full Size. Bed is in the second living room. We are a few miles away and we be available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing there are outside cameras for the protection of guests and the home.

Great location, quiet area, nicely appointed duplex with excellent amenities (3 TVs, internet, nice back patio). Some have commented on the train in back but it’s a very quiet commuter train and could barely hear it. Parking on the street was fine too. Would highly recommend!

Charming older vintage home. Clean, comfortable. Plenty of space for us 3 adults. Sufficient amount of towels for showers. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Great home base for us as we visited friends in Dallas. Thanks to the owners for sharing this home!

Nice home for my sister and brother in law to stay while visiting relatives in Dallas. Close to everything for anything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again

The location was fantastic and price is affordable. House is older and would benefit from some remodeling. Customer service is extremely good in every way.
