We thought this house was nice and a good lay out. The pool was great and location was good (walkable to restaurants and shops, 8 min walk to the beach).
We felt like the kitchen was bare. We had the very basic essentials but it wasn’t easy to cook. The pots and pans need to be replaced, new cookware needed, etc. The beds aren’t very comfortable and the sheets, pillows, and towels were cheap and thin.

Lovely property, but the neighbors right behind and to the left of our house were very rude. Loud music and yelling very late into the night and early morning. They were still partying when we got up at 4:30 am to leave. We had a folder at our property telling us it was quiet time from 11pm-8am. We abided by that.

David’s home was lovely. It was spacious, nice decor, the pool was a nice edition, and overall had minimal necessary essentials. We did have to go purchase some additional necessary items.
There was trash in the yard under the carport which I believe came from the lot next door. There were a few marks and scuffs on the wall which you wouldn’t expect for a new property. I did report them to him once we found them. The Wi-Fi was spotty and the tvs are all connected to the Wi-Fi. It went out while we were watching a family movie on the last night Needless to say that put a damper on our vacation. Other than that David was an attentive host and we enjoyed our stay.
