We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The property layout and location was perfect for our trip. This property sits walking distance to the beach or to just relax by the pool in the beautiful layout out back. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit while some listened to music and ate dinner under the gazebo at the bar. We loved how the open floorplan in the living room and kitchen allowed us to all hangout and snack and watch a tv together. Shopping and activities were literally minutes away in either direction. The beds were very comfortable for all the guests. We will definitely look into staying at this property again next year!

Our stay was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard and the location to the beach! Beds are very comfortable! The only complaint is We ended up with a door issue that they definitely did not rush to fix that made things a little less convenient. When they finally did come to fix it they left everything they fixed laying around. Not a big deal.

Beach Therapy is by far our favorite house thus far in the Gulf Pines Neighborhood. We had family from ages 1 to 71 and it fit all of our needs and some! The spacious living and eating quarters accommodated our large family and included all the amenities you could want. The heated pool is a must and nightly s’more’s roasting was the perfect touch! Book this place!

This house was perfect for our week long family vacation. We had a 1 and a 3 year old with us who loved running around the big back yard (obviously always with adult supervision because of the pool), but we knew that going in. The pool was fun and beautifully lit up at night. It was wonderful not having a lot of flights of stairs with the kids and older adults with bad knees (me). We made s’mores around the fire pit one night too! We did rent the golf cart for the one with bad knees, but some walked it and it wasn’t bad. Just nice to have the cart to haul chairs and the canopy to the beach.
The kitchen had plenty of room and was stocked well. Plenty of seating for all of us to dine together.
Only have a few negatives-when I swept one day and got behind the chairs in the living room, I think the dust bunnies back there had been there for quite some time. The furniture had some wear, but not terrible. (It’s a rental and I suppose that is to be expected). Also, there should be a door on the shower in the bedroom that opened onto the patio. There was no way to keep water off the floor so we had to use and wash towels often. And more hooks need to be in place in the bathrooms to hang a towel or clothes. In the back bedroom that opened to the outside, it looked like possibly a renter before us put up some 3M hooks on the wall…so maybe some hooks in each bathroom since they are on the small side.
Overall, I give the house 5 stars and would definitely rent it again!!
