Situated on the first floor of a secure building just a few doors up from El Alamein fountain, this property enjoys the best of both worlds: a quiet position and walking distance to all the amenities and eateries of Potts Point. The apartment is mostly open plan with the lounge and bedroom taking advantage of the elevated position and the views down to the tree-lined street.
The lounge area is beautifully furnished with a large comfortable sofa facing the 75 inch Smart TV. Plenty of artworks, ornaments, lamps and houseplants add warmth and ambience to the generous space. At the far end is the balcony accessed through french doors. At the other is a dining suite conveniently adjacent to the kitchen.
The modern, streamlined kitchen is well-equipped, with a bar fridge, oven, grill and hob as well as an integrated dishwasher.
The large bedroom houses a beautiful rolltop polished timber Queen bed, and a desk should you need to attend to any work demands. There are built-in robes and an overhead fan. French doors again lead to the juliette balcony.
The bathroom is modern and fully-tiled with a shower, vanity and toilet, and there is a washing machine and dryer for your use. Perfect!
With all linen included and WiFi provided this is the perfect base pad for comfort and lifestyle while you're exploring Sydney.

Potts point is a buzzing lively neighbourhood, central to Sydney, with easy transport links via bus, train, or even GoGet. It’s only one stop on the train to Martin Place, or you can get in your daily exercise and walk it in under half an hour! Finger Wharf is only a 10 minute walk and Rushcutters Bay even less.
Many fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants beckon right at your door, and there are plenty of interesting shops to browse. Rivareno Gelato is just a short stroll down the street, or enjoy a special meal at Ezra or The Butler. French, Italian, German, Thai, Indian…there’s something for everyone. Perhaps afterwards you might enjoy watching a performance at Hayes Theatre around the corner.
Set aside time to enjoy Potts Point markets, open 9am-3pm on Saturdays at Fitzroy Garden on Macleay St. Or with the city so close with all the boutique and department stores it offers, you can enjoy shopping to your heart’s content!
Foreshore walks might also appeal with views of the sparkling harbour, and wandering the surrounding suburbs is thoroughly enjoyable as this is such a lovely area.

I came to Sydney for couple of weeks worth of business. This place worked out (mostly) wonderfully as an alternative to the hotel.
The bed was comfortable.
The pool and sauna are totally great. Workout equipment is adequate to the task.
The 1BR apartment is really a studio divided into two narrow rooms by wall. Both look bigger in pictures than they are. The gigantic TV was filled with lots of streaming content available. The bedroom has great sturdy blinds.
Internet was mysteriously spotty on some days, TV stayed streaming though. Weird.
There are at least 2 grocery stores within a block, which made getting provisions for breakfast (milk, yoghurt, pastries, fruit) easy. The kitchen is clearly of a "let's have take out" variety. It is very, very small and not equipped for cooking much more than the eggs we boiled one morning.
The closets are all full of the owner's clothes so we stayed in our suitcases. My suits and dress shirts I had to hang on the chair.
The bookshelf had some nice books one of which I was happy to read.
The art...... Was underrepresented in the pictures. My wife did not expect to see quite so much female nakedness portrayed in various paintings, photos, woodcuts and statues.
The location near Kings Cross train station + bus stuff is definitely the biggest plus. The city is easily accessible via T4 train through there, and even walking to the center is easy. Lots of restaurants! Nearby fountain plaza hosts a fun weekend market.
Overall good.
