This lovingly restored 4 bedroom 2.5 bath Dutch Colonial is the perfect beach getaway! We are walking distance to downtown St. Joseph and to Lion's Park Beach. Silver Beach is just a minute down the road - use our beach pass for free parking.
This home was completely renovated in the last year - refinished hardwood floors, new energy-efficient windows and window treatments, new electrical, new AC/furnace and 200 Amp electrical service, new lighting and ceiling fans, lots of natural light.
