Welcome to our family-friendly beach town retreat, Vista Jack. This is a new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house with ample outdoor space to take in views of the St Joe river.
Your home away from home has high end touches including Lazy-Boy sectional, sleeper sofa in sunroom & 50”-55” smart TVs throughout. All bedrooms have king size beds with local, comfy mattresses from Rested Pillow. The gourmet kitchen offers KitchenAid appliances with dual fuel commercial range, double oven and wine fridge.
The space
Note: 7 night minimum required!
This new and high end 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom single family home with 2 car garage and extra parking pad to comfortably park 3 vehicles. Also features lots of outdoor space with seating including patio furniture sets and adirondack chairs featured across the patios and porch to take in the river views. Also can take the opportunity to use the full size sleeper sofa in the sun room if you want to spread out.
Main floor:
The living room features a gas fireplace with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the water. Relax on Lazy-Boy sectional furniture and watch the 55” smart TV. Prepare dinner in the gourmet kitchen using KitchenAid stainless steel appliances including dual fuel commercial range, double oven and wine fridge. The kitchen is stocked with KitchenAid coffeemaker, espresso maker and coffee bean grinder, pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cutlery set, glasses, plates, bowls and silverware. Eat inside using the 6 person dining table or 6 barstools at the granite countertop island.
Soak in the river views in the sunroom with sleeper sofa & 50” smart TV.
Round out the main floor with powder room and a spacious bedroom with king size bed, comfortable mattress, 55” TV and en-suite bathroom.
Upper floor:
Relax in the spacious primary suite bedroom with king size bed with high end Sunny Side Up Rested Pillow mattress. Enjoy watching a 55” smart TV before falling asleep, check your emails at the workspace, store your belongings in the spacious walk-in closet and get a spa-like experience in the stunning bathroom.
Another 2 bedrooms each with king size beds, comfortable mattresses and 55” smart TVs complete the sleeping accommodations on the second floor.
Whirlpool top load washer and dryer conveniently located on second floor across from a full size bathroom with shower/tub.
Outdoor:
Enjoy views of the river from any angle. The ground level front porch boasts adirondack chairs and a side patio includes a dining table, chairs and grill. The porch off of the primary suite offers two chairs and side table to enjoy morning coffee or a night cap.
Access to community pool.

This is a great home away from home! Our group of 10 stayed for a local wedding, and enjoyed this fun beach town. Everything was as described and pictured; very clean and uncluttered with high-end furnishings! The hosts are amazing; great to communicate for check-in and any questions or needs. We had one little one, so can add that the infant / child extra's such as high chair, stroller, etc. were really nice! We appreciated the washer/ dryer and beach supplies (towels & chairs). We also used the community pool which is a nice extra benefit. The location along the river provides a private view and outdoor space with plenty of seating. It's great to have the extra fridge in the 2-car garage (with opener). Many thanks for a perfect stay!

We've stayed at several properties in and around St. Joseph over the years, and this house was by far the most comfortable of any we've rented. We went with my parents and my 3 almost-grown children, and everyone had their own space, and their own very comfortable beds. One daughter chose to sleep in the sunroom so that she didn't have to share a room, and said even the sofa bed in there was comfortable.
We spent lots of time on the deck, watching the river and enjoying the weather. We cooked one meal in the kitchen, and found everything we needed. Emily was enjoyable to work with, and responded very quickly to our questions. The house is across the river from St. Joseph, but it is a very short drive to get into town, and being right on the river more than made up for the driving. It was an amazing week, and we left feeling rested and spoiled! This will be a place we return to, for sure!
