The Statefarm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium and Fox Theatre are just a few blocks down. There is always an Uber nearby and also electric scooters!
The space
This bright and sunny downtown Atlanta condo has been newly renovated and boasts warm and welcoming designer touches throughout. The open-plan layout is spacious with a cozy living area with direct access to an enclosed balcony overlooking downtown Atlanta. The kitchen is brand new and fully-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and amenities along with a bar counter seating for home-cooked meals.
Peachtree Towers Condos are perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers, families, or a couples get away and this one bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests in a luxurious queen bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room offering space for additional guests. The bathroom is clean and crisp with upgrades such as a new walk-in shower.. It’s easy to see why this is a firm favorite with our repeat guests.

An Important Covid-19 Update: Keeping our guests safe is our top priority and we have enhanced our cleaning process to align with the new Covid-19 guidelines to ensure you’ll enjoy a safe stay when you book one of our downtown Atlanta condos. Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.
Other things to note
Parking: We do not provide parking. However, there is a paid parking garage and some other lots by the building. The parking fee ranges anywhere from $10-$25 a night.
Noises: Do keep in mind that you are in downtown Atlanta, it can be loud outside sometimes.
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. There are ceiling fans and a space heater available just in case!
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please notify the concierge staff, and they will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.

Adam gave all the check in and out details ahead of time so it was super easy. The gentlemen running the concierge were amazing, they also walked us through the process and were very nice. In general all the concierge people were nice. The condo was very cozy, there were snacks and coffee pods left out for us which was nice. The location was perfect, close to food and the places we wanted to go, plus attached to the building was an amazing ice cream parlor. This place was exactly what we needed! Thank you Adam!

Overall, I had a great experience with the Vrbo; 24 hour Concierge was incredibly helpful, and the location was just right for walks to downtown Atlanta attractions. The Vrbo was wonderful, clean, and very spacious. We had a couple of hick-ups, but the host acted immediately to each and fixed them. Will share with friends who come to town.
