Convenient location
Power went out in the unit for over 4 hours. Reported the issue to the management but didn’t get a response or explanation on the cause.

Location was perfect with everything within walking distance.
Authorities should better control the homeless population. The place is too nice for that.

The location was amazing! The place was what it needed to be. A place to sleep, shower, and eat. When we were coming in, customer service was great. The place was very comfortable and convenient.
Lots of things were broken. Certain lights, bulbs, dishwasher, the shower towel rod, and door knobs. Nothing was a major concern just an inconvenience. It wasn’t super clean, but it was clear common areas were cleaned.
