Cute house, plenty of space, clean. Very comfortable. Very quiet street which was important. The owner is extremely quick to respond. The owner does have control over the thermostat, but if you request a change in the temperature, it is immediately changed to your liking, which is very good. One of the times we reached out was almost 11 o’clock at night without any issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend. Close to USC and much better than staying in a hotel.

Needed a convenient and cozy place to stay for a week's trip to Ft Jackson for a Basic Training graduation, and this did not disappoint. Close (10 minutes or less) to anything you may possibly need: groceries, pharmacies. Liquor store, and all manner of downtown local restaurants. Only about 15-20 minutes from Ft Jackson, and less to the USC campus.House temp is kept very comfortable and the bed matresses are amazing. I'm very picky and cranky about nighttime sleeping conditions, and I slept like a dead man.Dogs are welcome, and a dog bed, water/food bowl, and several toys are provided (just fyi yard is not fenced so leash is a must). It was very cute.Some basic family games like jenga, uno, and playing cards were provided which was neat. The master bedroom has a small "business center" setup in it with desk and printer.Flavored coffee pods and sweeteners are provided along with a kuerig type coffee maker. Plenty of dishes and cookware is proviided along with plenty of fridge and cabinet space for our full weeks grocery trip. Neighborhood is very quiet. Seems like mostly older college kids renting the surrounding homes, and the house is about a block away from a playground/park. Light traffic and plenty of neighborhood roads made dogwalks safe.Host was very responsive and caring. Even checked in on us after the first night to ensure everything was going well.Don't know if we'll ever be in Columbia again, but would definitely rent again
