About this house rental

Lovely quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. This is a furnished home with coffee makers , pots/pans, towels, bed linens ready for you to occupy and enjoy as your own home. It is located about 2 miles from Lexington medical center and about 6 miles to down town Columbia. Very safe neighborhood with great neighbors.
Weekly Trash service included . Central heating and air. Washer and dryer located in garage. Comfortable screened in porch to enjoy.

The house was very well equipped with little extras like lots of towells, Keurig pods, etc. The living room has ultra comfortable furniture. The house is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the highway. The back screened in porch is wonderful. VERY pet friendly, nice fenced in back yard.
