Lovely quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. This is a furnished home with coffee makers , pots/pans, towels, bed linens ready for you to occupy and enjoy as your own home. It is located about 2 miles from Lexington medical center and about 6 miles to down town Columbia. Very safe neighborhood with great neighbors.

3 Couples had the perfect stay for Parents Weekend at USC. House was clean and charmingly decorated. Owner was super communicative and even offered early check-in when the opportunity presented itself. (House was empty the night before our stay.) Beds were comfortable and tucked away neighborhood was very quiet but only 20 minutes from campus. We all had the best time with each other.

This home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of space for us to relax. The screened in back porch was great to sit and enjoy the end of the day. The kitchen had everything we needed for “light” vacation cooking. Loved the ice maker since we don’t have one at home. Beds were comfy. The place was immaculate and welcoming. We brought our cocker spaniel and she enjoyed the fully fenced back yard. Also nice neighborhood to walk the dog and go for a run. Close proximity to Food Lion and Waffle House. :).
