Can be rented together or separately.
Baptized on the first floor "Thinic" and on the first floor "Teviec".
Located 100 m from the beach and 400m from the wild coast, famous surf spot, (Surf School 1km) from the house
in the very popular area of Portivy in St Pierre Quiberon.
The small port of Portivy is located 300 m from the house, accessible by a pretty coastal path. Bars, brasserie, crêperie, seafood restaurant etc... await you. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the wonderful sunsets over this typical port! A supermarket is also nearby.
Nearby, a whole range of activities is available to you, local market, swimming, surfing, National sailing school, horse riding, tennis, cycle paths, and more
Quiberon, and Belle île en mer nearby among others. The Gulf of Morbihan
2 electric bikes/accommodation, 2 sea kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available free of charge, to be shared between the 2 accommodations.
Let's talk about "Teviec" here. Located on the 1st floor, very bright with a breathtaking view of the sea. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge, Nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc...), open to a pleasant dining area and 1 living room (TV, box, internet, speaker). With direct access, a large covered terrace equipped with a dining area with plancha and a living room.
In addition, for winter evenings, a wood stove is at your disposal for an even warmer atmosphere. (Wood provided).
The apartment includes 1 double bedroom (160x200) opening onto 1 beautiful balcony with a view of the magnificent dunes of the Côte Sauvage, and 1 Twin (2 beds of 80x200), possibility of linking them to make a large bed of 160.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate.
The basement is shared by the 2 apartments. You will also find a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer for shared use. An iron and a drying rack provided per apartment.
1 private parking space per apartment and the garage are reserved for you.
Cleaning will be provided by the tenant or it is possible to book it for 80 €. Towels not provided 15 € per person.

A lovely holiday home with lots of extras. Comfortable with large balcony on the shady side, overlooking beautiful sunsets. Fully equipped, lovely beds and rain shower. Close to hiking trails in the dunes and the beach. Electric bikes for wonderful bike rides around the peninsula, also sup and canoe available. Supermarket around the corner and good restaurants at the harbour also within walking distance. In short, highly recommended.
