Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cet appartement confortable, spacieux, bien aménagé et très spacieux. Idéalement situé à Portivy.

Excellent séjour

Très belle location extrêmement bien équipée . La propriétaire, qui habite au rez-de-chaussée est très sympatique, aux petits soins pour ses locataires et pas du tout invasive. Des boissons étaient mises au frais au frigo pour notre arrivée. Tous les produits d'entretien sont fournis (lessive, pastille lave-vaisselle, produit vaisselle...). La terrasse est grande. L'appartement est calme au cœur d'un petit village et à 10 min à pied du joli port de Portivy, côté côte sauvage. 2 ou 3 plages à 15 min à pied, beaucoup d'autres pas loin en voiture. Beaucoup de belles choses à découvrir dans les environs.

Sehr schöne, helle und komfortable Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Portivy und ist sehr groß, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der große Balkon ist sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Vom Fenster im oberen Stockwerk hat man Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist super und modern ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und sie ist sehr komfortabel (inklusive Balkonmöbel). Es war alles sehr sauber. Der Fischerort Portivy ist sehr idyllisch. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell beim Hafen und an der Côte Sauvage. Auch Badestrände sind in der Nähe, manche sind allerdings besser mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr kinderfreundlich und unserem Sohn hat das bereitgestellte Spielzeug sehr gefallen.

"Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin spricht fließend Deutsch und war jederzeit mit Rat unt Tat für uns da.Der Ort ist angenehm ruhig und die Cote Sauvage ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man hat viele verschiedene Strände oder Sandbuchten, die man besuchen kann. Je nach dem ob man gerne Wellen mag oder nicht.Die Sonnenuntergänge und die Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft."

Situé en arrière plan dans la rue, il est également au calme et la cour permet de garer le véhicule à 2 pas de l''appartement. pour les surfeurs, l''appartement est à 5/10 minutes des meilleurs spots de la presqu''île en voiture et sans embouteillages. Un des spots est même accessible à pied (Port blanc). Que du positif."

"Le logement venait juste d'etre ameliore, avec une peinture fraiche, un store sur la terrasse, de l'electromenager neuf. La situation permet d'aller -a pied- a au moins deux plages, aux restaurant et bars situes sur le port a moins de 5 minutes. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont un modele de confort. La chambre est tres agreable, et la mezzanine est confortable pour les enfants. L'accueil des proprietaires est tres sympathique."
