We do not offer cable TV, but there are 5 smart TVs for you to log in with your own streaming subscriptions.
To keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, routine services such as pool cleaning and lawn care may occur during your stay. These services are scheduled directly with our vendors and may take place during normal daytime hours without advance notice.
Vendors may access exterior areas such as the backyard or pool area during these visits. If you would prefer to be notified ahead of time, please let us know after booking and we will do our best to coordinate when possible.
For everyone’s safety, there is a security camera facing the driveway and front entrance. It records video and audio. Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in termination of your stay without refund.
The private pool is heated to 86°F, but please note it may feel cooler during unseasonably cold weather — this is beyond our control.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced by Bradenton Police.

We were in town for a tournament at IMG and wanted space to spread out, a kitchen, and washing machine and got a lot more than that. The house was perfect - lots of space for our teens to have their own rooms, comfortable furniture, lovely decor, nice appliances and even a pool, all within 10 minutes of the fields. We will definitely stay here again if we head to IMG in the future!
