The location and access to the beach are great. The unit was very nice, very well stocked and check in was very efficient. My suggestions would be to replace some of the towels. The living room furniture covers need to be replaced or cleaned. I would also suggest more comfortable deck furniture, but overall the stay was wonderful and we would def return for a future visit.

I absolutely love this place. Everything about it is perfect. The views are unmatched and the small condo makes for way less foot traffic. We will be back for sure!

The actual unit is very nice and the team that runs the beach service was great, which was included with the unit. The dishwasher was broken but the property manager sent someone over to fix it.
Our main issue was with the building overall. The fire alarm went off several times early morning when there was no fire. The elevator was broken 2 of the 5 days we were there, the pool was always locked when it shouldn’t have been ( which didn’t actually matter because the pool heater wasn’t on in early April and the hot tub heater was broken the entire time we were there). Also the power/internet (which is controlled by the building, not in the unit) went out several times. The property manager said this was storm related, but we didn’t experience anything outside a light drizzle. There was no property manager on site and everyone was just instructed to file complaints with their respective rental companies. Without an on site property manager, I would expect these problems to continue.
